This cocktail is 100% women made the sparkling wine coming from the granddaughter of Joseph Phelps. Absolutely delicious Seppi sparkling wine Blanc de Blanc. The gin is my double gold award-winning Indira, the original gin from Sipsong. I’m calling at the lavender haze because the cocktail is rounded out by a gorgeous honey lavender bitters from Flora Luna in Petaluma.
