The 13 botanicals in Indira gin are playfully balanced for complexity. Each botanical was chosen, by our head distiller Tara Jasper, to touch a different part of your palate. Her goal was to make it easy to make a complex tasting gin for making cocktails at home, especially a gin and tonic. See Tara's favorite recipes here. Indira is hand crafted in a 100% copper alembic pot still with a blend of grape and corn spirit by Tara herself.

Aromas of Italian Juniper, lavender, bay, coriander, lime, makrut lime, cumin. On the palate, there are flavors of Italian Juniper, coriander, angelica root, moroccan sweet orange, bay, lavender, lime, hibiscus with a pink peppercorn finish.
